WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND OR REPLACE FOR CHANGE OF SIZE.

OF COURSE WE DO REPLACE DEFECTIVE ITEMS.

Please use the size guide available on each listing to check measurements.

Defects and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing or printing error, Hell and Steel offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us at support@hellandsteel.com and provide a clear photo showing the defect. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Returns
We are unable to accept any returns. We are not Amazon, we are just me! I don't hold inventory or have any warehousing facilities to be able to accommodate any returns. All our t-shirts are made to order, printed and shipped in the USA, however I'm based in Australia. Please use the sizing charts and select carefully as I can't refund for change of size. I wish I could, but given our location, it's not feasible to accept returns to Australia.
